Choose how clients send an enquiry

Product Enquiry for WooCommerce Pro adds quote and product enquiry options to WooCommerce product pages. WooCommerce must be installed and active. Customers can ask a product question, request custom pricing or submit a quote request without using the standard checkout. For a single product, they can use the enquiry button; for several products, the enquiry cart lets them submit one bulk quote request.

Control product and button visibility

Replace or conceal Add to Cart controls, hide prices shop-wide or for selected products, and choose where enquiry buttons appear. Enhanced catalog mode gives you more control over which products show prices or Add to Cart. Pro category rules use fine-grained include and exclude conditions to target product groups. Conditional visibility can show or hide the enquiry button by visitor role, product type, stock status and other supported conditions.

Collect details that fit the request

The form builder supports text, choose, checkbox, radio and textarea fields, with required-field validation, custom labels and placeholder text. Pro adds additional field types and conditional logic. Conditional fields can reveal follow-up questions based on a customer's selection, so the form can ask for various details about products, quantities or configurations.

Manage what happens after submission

Each new enquiry can notify the store administrator by email and send an automatic confirmation to the customer. Pro email customization supports advanced HTML templates and additional dynamic placeholders for product names, customer details and submitted form data. Review enquiries in the WordPress dashboard, filter them by date range and export them to CSV.

Webhook delivery sends enquiry data to external systems through POST requests. Supported uses include CRMs, Slack, Zapier and Make, with a setting to enable or disable delivery for each form. Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 are available for spam prevention.

Place the enquiry utilities

Display the enquiry cart elsewhere on the site with [gm_woo_enquiry_cart]. Add a product-page enquiry button with [gmwqp_enquiry_single_product]. To target a product by ID, use [gmwqp_enquiry_single_product id="123"].

The layout supports mobile and desktop screens. The add-on includes a .pot translation file, works with WPML and other multilingual extensions, and supports RTL and LTR layouts.
