Piotnet Forms Pro extends the Piotnet Forms drag-and-drop WordPress form builder. Create forms visually without writing code, then adjust responsive styling for fields and submit buttons, including borders, padding, margins and colors.

Forms for bookings, accounts and content

Booking forms can use repeater fields, and nested forms can have multiple levels. Multi-step layouts support longer forms. Create registration and login forms, let visitors update profiles, or collect post submissions and edits through front-end forms. Signature fields, form previews and form abandonment utilities are also included.

Checkout and payments

WooCommerce capabilities include One Page Checkout and Dynamic Pricing. Payment settings include Stripe Payment and PayPal Payment. Coupon Code Field support lets a form collect a coupon code.

Conditions, calculations and input controls

Conditional Logic lets fields or form steps respond to submitted values. Form Calculated Fields and date range calculated fields support calculations based on user input. Input Mask helps structure entered values, while Range Slider and Date Range fields provide additional input controls.

For verification and presentation, Pro includes reCAPTCHA v3 integration, label animation, an Image Select Field and a PDF Generator. A Form Database is available for working with submissions. Google Maps Address Autocomplete Field and Distance Calculation support location-focused forms.

External services and submission routing

Webhook can connect a form to an endpoint URL or Zapier, and Remote Request works with requests to external services. Listed integrations include Google Sheets, MailerLite, GetResponse, MailPoet, Zoho CRM, MailChimp and ActiveCampaign.

Styling and templates

Responsive customization includes border, padding, margin and color controls for fields and submit buttons. Template import and export let form layouts be moved or reused within the available workflow.

1. Install and activate Piotnet Forms Pro on a WordPress website.
2. Open the form builder and make a form with drag-and-drop controls.
3. Add the fields, steps, calculations, conditions or integrations required for the workflow.
4. Adjust responsive styling for fields and the submit button.
5. Place the completed form where it is needed using the available form shortcode workflow.
