Run CRM and marketing processes in WordPress
Groundhogg brings contact management, email campaigns and marketing automation into a self-hosted WordPress site. It is used by businesses, agencies, developers, freelancers, course creators and CRM implementation providers. The core system is available free; paid plans add access to support, premium extensions and integrations, with monthly or yearly options at a flat rate.
Turn contact data into relevant communications
Organize and search contacts using details such as tags, custom fields, activity and purchase history. Contact entries can display flow runs, browsing sessions, email opens and clicks, along with notes and other activity. Connected plugins can add information to contact records and provide more ways to build segments.
Send an email to an individual contact or schedule a broadcast for a list or segment. Broadcasts appear in a calendar, can be canceled, and have reports for opens and clicks. Groundhogg also offers reports for flow results and campaign performance.
Build and review automated flows
The Flow Editor connects triggers, actions and logic steps to create communication sequences. Flows can include branches, split tests and timers, and the built-in simulator lets you check a flow before publishing it. You can add an individual contact or a segment to a flow.
AI agents can work with contacts, emails, broadcasts and flows through permission checks tied to the visitor they act as. Connecting an agent requires WordPress 6.9 or later and permission to manage options. The Incoming Messages capability can save email replies to contact records when enabled; it requires an active Groundhogg license.
