Appointments and events in WordPress
Amelia Premium, Amelia Pro, and Amelia Elite are paid editions of the Amelia booking system for WordPress. They help businesses, professionals, and organizations manage services, appointment schedules, and events on a site. Customers can browse available times or event places in a booking calendar, then make a reservation through mobile-first forms designed for customers and administrators.
Set service rules and booking capacity
A service can offer multiple duration choices, each with its own price and, where applicable, employee-specific pricing. Recurring appointments let customers book the same service at a chosen time increment, which can fit regular consultations, classes, and ongoing services. Custom schedules support various availability requirements.
Shared or single resources can limit bookings. Resource management is available with Pro and Elite licenses. Address custom fields let customers enter a service location linked with Google Maps.
Shape the booking flow
Custom booking fields can collect special requests, addresses, file uploads, or other business information. Choose a step-by-step booking flow or a catalog-style view. Customers can pay after booking through a link sent by email or available in the Customer Panel.
Scheduled email and SMS notifications support reminders and follow-ups with templates. Custom notifications let you make multiple reminders or follow-ups, schedule them at different times, and write service-specific messages. These options can support appointment processes for salons, consultants, healthcare providers, education businesses, and fitness services.
Payments, calendars, and meetings
Online payment options include PayPal, Stripe, WooCommerce, Mollie, and Razorpay. Amelia also includes Square payments in its Lite edition; the Square integration supports deposits and refunds. Calendar and meeting integrations include Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, and Lesson Space. Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics are also listed integrations.
For events, the premium capabilities described include dynamic ticketing, deposits, recurring events, and different ticket options. Time-zone detection presents calendars in the client’s time zone, which supports customers in different locations.
