Choose which pictures to process
WPvivid Image Optimization Pro optimizes and resizes images on WordPress websites. It can be used with leading page builders and eCommerce add-ons such as WooCommerce, including on content websites, online stores, and websites with larger media libraries. The Pro edition removes daily and monthly optimization limits for each domain.
For new uploads, enable automatic optimization or choose images to optimize and resize manually. Single picture uploads up to 32 MB can be processed. Existing images can be optimized in bulk or resized in bulk to bring a media library into a more consistent size range.
Set compression and image formats
Choose lossy or lossless compression, or set custom compression levels for image quality and file size. Pro supports optimization for JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF documents, and can convert images to WebP when that format suits the website.
Target and schedule library processing
Bulk processing can include images stored in custom folders. Specify folders or files to exclude, then schedule bulk optimization to execute according to the schedule configured for the website. Original image backup and restore utilities let you save original files and restore them later when needed.
Configure image loading and delivery
Lazy loading delays image loading until images are needed, helping reduce the work at initial page load. CDN integration supports image delivery through a content delivery network. Image processing uses a specialized cloud-server API; Pro includes a faster API option and improved algorithms.
