WISDM Product Enquiry Pro for WooCommerce Quote Requests
WISDM Product Enquiry Pro includes enquiry and quotation tools to WooCommerce stores where shoppers may need product details or a quote before ordering. A customer can ask about a simple or variable product, or include several products in one request. This suits bulk orders, larger purchases, and product comparisons.
Enquiries connect product pages to sales follow-up

Choose where customers enquire and what they see
Add an Inquiry or Request a Quote button to product pages, the Shop page, or archive pages. Button labels can match your process, with settings such as Make an Inquiry, Request a Quote, or Quote to Order. If you use a page builder such as Elementor, you can place the button where it fits on the page.
Display controls let you select whether the Inquiry button, Add to Cart button, and pricing appear. Hiding selected components can support catalog-style browsing by changing which purchase and enquiry options shoppers see.
Forms collect details across product requests
The built-in form builder lets you add fields for information relevant to your sales process. A mini-cart enquiry widget helps visitors gather several products before sending a request, and customers can send themselves a copy of their enquiry email.
The dashboard connects requests with follow-up
View and manage incoming enquiries and quote requests in the WordPress dashboard. From there, you can reply or make PDF quotations. Records can be filtered and exported to help review buyer requests and recurring product questions.
For direct communication, the Pro edition includes WhatsApp integration. The enquiry workflow also works with email notifications, with multiple recipient addresses available for incoming enquiries or quotations. Messages can include the website name, product name, product URL, customer name, and enquiry message.
Product types and the optional assistant
Customers can enquire about specific variations and request quotations.
Optional AI BotKit assistant
The base extension includes one-click access to the optional AI BotKit assistant. It can use site content to answer customer questions, work with WooCommerce products, pages, and posts, capture and qualify leads, and send complex questions to the enquiry form. The enquiry add-on works without the assistant, which operates under its own privacy terms.
Configuration and language files
After installing and activating the plugin in WordPress, configure enquiry show, button styling, form fields, notification recipients, and related options in the plugin settings. Add a button to a product or Shop page, choose its wording and visibility rules, then manage responses from the dashboard.
The plugin is translation-ready, so language files can be created for local-language use. You can choose whether to use the optional AI BotKit assistant separately from the enquiry and quotation features.
