Under Construction Pro

Under Construction Pro shows a temporary page while a WordPress site is being built, maintained, or prepared for launch. It can also present a campaign landing page. Setup is designed to take less than a minute, and the Pro edition adds more than 50 features and settings.

Choose the user page

Select from more than 500 templates, arrange content with the drag-and-drop builder, and use a library of more than a million searchable, high-resolution images. Set the page title and description, add a headline and visitor-facing content, and adjust the styling with custom CSS. Social icons and links can point to services such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, Pinterest, Instagram, email, phone, Skype, Telegram, WhatsApp, Tumblr, and VK, with other options listed in the add-on.

The add-on uses Bunny Fonts on the public page and in the administration area. Through its partnership with Weglot, you can translate the page to more than 100 languages with one click. Pro also includes a white-label license mode and priority support.

Control access while work continues

Switch under construction mode on or off, or set an end date and time to disable it automatically. When the mode is on, users see the temporary page. Whitelisted visitor roles and individually whitelisted users can continue to see the working website.

A login button can show a discreet link to the login form or, for logged-in users, the WordPress administration area. This gives selected people a way to sign in while the public page is displayed.

Collect leads and track traffic

Use the opt-in box or popup to collect email addresses and leads. Integration options include MailChimp, Zapier, and universal autoresponders. Affiliate and traffic tracking are included, and you can add a Google Analytics tracking ID when you need Analytics tracking.

Set up the temporary page

Install Under Construction Pro in WordPress and open its options. Choose a template or theme, then configure the page content and access options. Enable under construction mode when the page is ready. If needed, set an automatic end date, connect integrations, and select whitelisted roles or users before continuing site work.
