What Premium changes in a feed gallery
Social Media Feed Gallery Premium uses an access token to show public Instagram photos, Reels, and videos in a responsive WordPress gallery. Private account posts cannot be fetched. Video thumbnails display a play icon. Visitors can open media in a lightbox with navigation controls or follow direct links to the original Instagram posts.

Connect an account and publish a gallery
Install and activate the add-on in WordPress, then generate an access token through Facebook’s developer portal and enter it in the add-on settings. Choose a layout and adjust the gallery options. Use the shortcode generator, then add the shortcode to a page, post, or widget.
Each time a gallery shortcode loads, a server-side request to the Instagram Graph API sends the access token, media IDs, and query parameters for image or video fields and limits. If a feed stops loading, check the token: it can expire and may need renewal.
