Give sale products a full catalog page
The WooCommerce on-sale widget and shortcode show discounted products without the pagination, sorting, and filtering available on a standard catalog page. OnSale Page for WooCommerce PRO creates a dedicated shop-style page for sale products, using the standard WooCommerce catalog layout and functionality.
Customers can browse across multiple pages, sort by price, popularity, or date, and filter by product category or attributes. Use the page for a permanent Sale or Deals section or to display seasonal promotions. It integrates with existing WooCommerce options and themes.
Set up the sale page
- Install and activate the add-on on a WordPress website with WooCommerce.
- Create a page for the sale catalog.
- In WooCommerce settings, open Products, then Display. Under Shop & Product Pages, select the page you created for Onsale Page.
- Save the settings and open the new sale page to view sale products.
Add promotional text or banners above or below the products to introduce an offer or provide campaign context. Page content can be edited with Gutenberg or the Classic Editor and appears alongside the sale products.
Build archive layouts and additional product pages
PRO includes Elementor integration for custom sale page layouts, along with dedicated Featured Products and Grouped Products pages that use the same catalog functionality. To create an Elementor layout, go to Templates > Theme Builder, add a Products Archive template, style it, and publish it with the relevant page condition. Elementor conditions are available for the On sale page, Group products page, and Featured products page.
Show sale products from a specific category
Add the ?onsale URL parameter to a product-category page to display sale products from that category. For example, a clothing category URL ending in ?onsale shows its discounted products. This includes a focused destination for category-specific promotions while retaining catalog navigation, sorting, and filtering.
Troubleshooting
If sale products do not appear, regenerate the WooCommerce product lookup tables through Status > Tools > Regenerate Product lookup tables. If the sale page cannot be reached, open Settings > Permalinks and save the settings again.
