PDF packing slips support fulfillment workflows. Customizable invoice templates include an advanced entries table that can display refunds, discounts, various item tax rate columns, and other selected invoice details. Premium options let you change line item columns and total rows, select a PDF font, and add other PDF documents to invoice documents.
Configure delivery and follow-up
Invoices can be attached to selected WooCommerce email types. Premium includes additional email settings, including emails from third-party plugins, and works with WooCommerce Subscriptions emails. You can send invoices directly to multiple recipients. Customers can also pick at checkout whether to generate a PDF invoice.
Connect Google Drive, Egnyte, Dropbox, or OneDrive to use those services as additional destinations for invoice files alongside WooCommerce email delivery. Reminder emails can be configured to send within a specified period, and invoices can show a payment due date. The extension also supports credit notes and cancelled PDF invoices.
Bulk and periodic invoicing
Bulk utilities can generate, export, or download PDF invoices. For periodic billing, configure global invoices to be generated and sent on a schedule.
Templates and setup
Install and activate the Premium extension in a WordPress WooCommerce environment, then configure invoice, email, numbering, delivery, and template settings. To add a custom template, copy the default folder at add-ons/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/includes/templates/invoice/simple to uploads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/templates/invoice/simple. The plugin detects the copied template and makes it available for selection. Review the changelog before updating because template files may change.
