Country State City dynamic dropdown PRO for WordPress Forms
Country State City dynamic dropdown PRO includes connected country, state, and city fields to WordPress forms. Selecting a country updates the available states, and selecting a state updates the cities. This guides visitors through location choices instead of showing every location in one long list.

Linked location fields for WordPress forms
Country State City dynamic dropdown PRO includes connected country, state, and city fields to WordPress forms. Selecting a country updates the available states, and selecting a state updates the cities. This guides visitors through location choices instead of showing every location in one long list.
The add-on is an add-on for Contact Form 7 and also works with WPForms, Ninja Forms, Divi Contact Module, Elementor Module, and custom PHP forms. These fields can collect location details for enquiries, registrations, delivery details, and other submissions.
Country controls and missing locations
Choose how the country field is set up: use the user’s IP to choose a default country, select one country from the full list, or limit the dropdown to one or more selected countries. The first option sets a default; the others provide a fixed choice or a filtered list.
States and cities populate based on the selected country and state. If a state or city is unavailable, the plugin can show an input field for the visitor to enter it. Administrators can also add missing states and cities manually.
Field groups and form layouts
- Place multiple forms on the same page.
- Add multiple country, state, and city sets to one form.
- Use a setup that appends only cities associated with the selected country.
- Leave out the city field when the form only needs a country and state.
- Set custom placeholder text through the Contact Form 7 tag generator.
Group settings keep each set of location fields together. For example, a form can use separate groups for billing and shipping locations.
Contact Form 7 setup
Contact Form 7 must be active for this integration. The plugin adds three form tags: country drop-down, state dropdown, and city dropdown. The country tag makes the starting list; state and city choices follow the selections above them.
- Install and activate the plugin on the WordPress website.
- Choose the form integration and configure the available country options.
- Open the relevant form and add the country, state, and city fields. In Contact Form 7, use the tag generator or add the supported tags.
- Set placeholders, groups, or manual location entries as needed.
- Save the form and test the country-to-state-to-city selection flow.
