Contact Form to Email Pro lets you create WordPress contact forms, send submissions to selected email addresses, and save messages in the WordPress database. The visual drag-and-drop builder connects form setup with tools for reviewing, replying to, and reporting on submissions.

Set up fields and form layout

Adjust fields, labels, and validation rules in the builder. Labels and validation messages can use any language, including languages with special characters. For a multi-column layout, assign the predefined column2, column3, or column4 CSS class to fields that should share a line.

Send notifications and reply to submissions

Send form data to one or more email addresses, with notification messages formatted as plain text or HTML. Administrator notifications and user confirmations can each be enabled or disabled, and you can configure an automatic reply for the person who submitted the form.

From the messages list, open Reply to see the recipient address and original submission. The built-in AI assistant can draft a response from brief instructions without an API key or external account. Review and send the reply from the message window; sent replies are added to the submission record.

Email templates can use <%INFO%> for all submitted data, or optional field tags for specific values. A fixed From address is recommended to avoid some mail server restrictions; the submitter’s address can still appear as the reply recipient.

Review, export, and report on messages

Search submissions by text or date range, and choose whether to view messages from one form or all forms. You can edit or delete stored submissions, print a message list for a selected date range, and export filtered data to CSV or Excel. CSV documents can also be opened in Excel.

Reports can display submission counts by day or hour, or count values for a selected form field. Periodic email reports can cover all forms or a specific form and include submission data as a CSV or Excel attachment.

Choose submission and privacy settings

Use classic submission to redirect users to a thank-you page, or Ajax submission to show a thank-you message on the form page without refreshing it. Built-in CAPTCHA provides anti-spam protection without an external anti-spam service. You can also turn off IP tracking and add an Accept terms / GDPR field.

Install and configure the Pro edition

If the free edition is installed, delete it before installing Pro; the supplied installation instructions state that this does not remove the add-on’s data or settings. Then make or adjust fields, set validation and email recipients, and choose the submission and confirmation behavior. If an upload reports that the destination folder already exists, remove the previous version first or overwrite the extension files through FTP.
