WP All Export Pro: Filter WordPress Data for Custom Exports
WP All Export Pro is a paid upgrade for preparing selected WordPress data for spreadsheets, reports, migration, or another workflow. Its three-step process uses drag-and-drop controls to choose data, choose fields, and arrange the output. Exports are created one post type at a time, so a full-website export requires a separate export for each post type.

WordPress entries and export files
WP All Export Pro is a paid upgrade for preparing selected WordPress data for spreadsheets, reports, migration, or another workflow. Its three-step process uses drag-and-drop controls to choose data, choose fields, and arrange the output. Exports are created one post type at a time, so a full-website export requires a separate export for each post type.
Available data includes posts, products, orders, visitors, custom post types, and custom fields added by themes or plugins. Rename CSV columns or XML elements and set their order. WP All Export works with CSV and XML; Pro includes true Excel files in .XLS and .XLSX formats.
Filters, schedules, and delivery
Filtering rules narrow an export to matching records, such as orders above a selected amount, products with a particular attribute, or posts from a defined period. Configure exports to execute on a chosen schedule for recurring reports or data updates.
Pro’s Zapier integration can send export data to more than 500 apps, including Dropbox and Google Drive, update reports in Google Sheets, or send email updates. For a recurring sales report, filter the relevant orders and arrange the fields before scheduling the export and connecting its delivery through Zapier.
Pro exports WordPress users and their available data. WooCommerce orders can be exported with WP All Export; Pro also makes order item data stored in WooCommerce’s custom tables available. Custom PHP functions can transform data before it is added to the export file.
Editing and moving data
WP All Export can generate WP All Import options for returning edited data to WordPress. Export the records, revise the file in Excel or Google Sheets, then use the generated settings to guide the import. For a site migration, prepare each post type’s export structure for the destination and import the resulting data there.
Set up an export
Install and activate WP All Export Pro in WordPress. Start a new export, choose a post type or data set, select fields with drag and drop, then arrange the output. Add filters or a schedule if needed, choose CSV, XML, or Excel, and run the export. If you plan to reimport edited data, review the generated WP All Import settings before importing.
Pro includes guaranteed technical support by email.
