Keep register work moving across devices
Open the POS in a browser or use native desktop applications for Windows and macOS. iOS and Android applications are available in beta. If a connection drops, locally stored products remain available for browsing and cart building. Changes sync after reconnection, while taking payment requires a connection.
Manage stock, orders and customers
Adjust stock levels and pricing from the register without opening the WordPress administration area for each change. Reopen older orders to print receipts, create customers and edit customer details. The POS also includes a field for tax numbers such as VAT, ABN and GST.
Take payments and adjust sales
For in-person card payments, WCPOS Pro works with Stripe Terminal and SumUp readers. Checkout can also use WooCommerce payment gateways, including Stripe, PayPal, Square and Mollie. Apply coupons at the POS with coupon search, coupon pills and sequential discounts. Refund completed POS orders directly from the till.
Set up locations and review daily activity
The Stores capability lets you manage locations with their own tax options, pricing and receipt configurations. End-of-day reports summarize sales, transactions and cash flow to support reconciliation after a selling period.
Connect hardware and select receipt formats
Use standard barcode scanners and cash drawers, plus 58mm or 80mm thermal receipt printers connected over a network, Bluetooth or USB. Receipt templates include receipts, invoices, quotes, packing slips, gift receipts and kitchen tickets. Choose a styling from the built-in gallery or create your own.
The interface is available in most major languages. Built-in live chat is available, and Pro visitors receive priority Discord support through private chat.
Requirements
Install WCPOS on a WordPress website running WooCommerce. Minimum requirements are WordPress 5.6, WooCommerce 5.3 and PHP 7.4. After installation, the store’s catalog is available for product search and cart building.
