Forms, submissions, and account access
The front-end registration area lets users log in, reset passwords, review payment transaction history, and download their form submissions. In the administration area, individual form dashboards track submissions and related activity so you can review entries and assess form changes. Filters narrow submissions to a form and selected time period. Forms can accept single or multiple file attachments, which administrators can view or download from the dashboard.
Registration data analysis offers another view of form activity. Together, these entries and dashboards help administrators follow registrations from form entry to the associated account.
User accounts and roles
The User Manager connects registration and payment activity with individual WordPress user accounts. User pages can show submissions in a table, and administrators can suspend or reactivate users. Registration fields can map to existing WordPress user-meta keys, or you can create new user-meta fields from the form dashboard.
Create user roles and connect them with registration and login systems. The built-in manager also works with paid user roles.
Premium controls and integrations
A global override is available for the device-based form submission limit. Administrators can manage that setting from individual form settings as well as global security controls. RegistrationMagic Premium also supports IP filters and two-factor authentication.
For newsletter processes, connect MailPoet or Newsletter to subscribe users during registration. WooCommerce integration lets a RegistrationMagic form serve as the default user registration form for shop registration and guest checkout. When MagicPopup is enabled, the cart can appear in one of its panels, with contents updated in real time.
Set up a registration process
Install RegistrationMagic in WordPress, then create a form with the builder or pick one from the library. Configure its fields, publishing, roles, payments, security controls, and submission management in the administration area.
