Choose content and button placement
Set buttons to appear before content, after it, or in both positions. Pro options let you choose certain pages or post types, and enable the Like option across the website or on single pages.
- Choose Standard, Box count, Button count, or Button layouts, then align buttons left, right, or center.
- Set the Like action to “like” or “recommend.” Use the standard Follow button picture or select a custom image.
- Change the Facebook App ID and Share button color scheme, or disable meta tags when needed.
Display Facebook content and activity
Add a Facebook Feed with Timeline, Events, or Messages tabs. A widget can list the posts with the most likes. The statistics list shows the page with Facebook buttons and its Like, Share, and Follow counts. These totals report activity but do not explain why users acted.
The Facebook preview option lets you review how supported content is presented. Editable meta tag fields cover the image and description.
Configure a WordPress network
Add custom code from the plugin settings page and configure settings for all subsites on a WordPress network. The plugin can detect the current website language for multilingual use and works with multilingual and right-to-left environments.
Installation and setup
Install the Like & Share plugin in WordPress, activate the Pro edition, and open its settings. Choose the buttons and display options, set layouts and alignment, then save. Use a shortcode when you need a custom button position. Step-by-step documentation, videos, and a support channel are available for setup questions.
