Configure who can cancel and how
WC Cancel Order Pro extends the WC Cancel Order process with controls for customer cancellation requests and their outcomes. Customers can request cancellation from an order in WooCommerce My Account; administrators review requests in the WC Cancel area and approve or decline them.
Choose full, partial, or immediate cancellation
Customers can request cancellation of an entire order or, when partial cancellations are enabled, select specific items and quantities. If both choices are available, a single Cancel Request button can present the full or partial option. Stores can also allow direct, immediate cancellations for selected order statuses alongside requests.
Set cancellation availability by order status and visitor role. The request button can be hidden after a configured period measured in minutes, hours, days, months, or years. Guests can submit requests through the unique cancellation link in their order email without a registered account.
Choose the refund outcome
When approving a request, administrators can select an automatic gateway refund, a manual refund, or wallet credit. Full and partial refunds are supported, and transaction IDs are recorded. When a refund is issued, inventory can be restocked automatically.
With the shop wallet, an approved refund can become customer credit. Customers can use their available balance at checkout through the wallet payment gateway. The wallet dashboard shows available balances and totals received and spent; administrators can also inspect credits and debits by order.
Set a cancellation fee as a fixed amount or a percentage of the order total. The fee appears in the cancellation popup before confirmation and is deducted from the refund when the request is approved. It also appears in the administration popup, order notes, customer email, and Cancellation Requests dashboard.
Collect request details and send notices
Stores can require cancellation details and display them in the request popup. Administrators can define cancellation reasons as radio buttons and require the reason, an additional text field, or both. A custom note can also appear in the popup.
Email notifications can go to administrators and customers when a request is received, approved, or declined. Wallet-credit receipts are supported. Stores can assign a specific order status for approved and declined requests.
Review requests and set up the store
The combined Cancellation Requests dashboard lists full and partial requests and works with bulk actions. WC Cancel Order Pro supports Ultimate Member and WooCommerce Subscriptions, and it is translation ready.
After adding the add-on to a WooCommerce store, configure eligible order statuses, cancellation types, user roles, request fields, reason settings, refund methods, fees, wallet behavior, notifications, and approval outcomes. Review the options for both registered and guest customer processes. For premium-version help, contact the publisher directly rather than using the WordPress support forum.
