Bring business reviews into WordPress
Reviews Feed shows Google and Yelp reviews in one combined feed or in separate feeds for different businesses. A Google business listing needs a physical address to appear. You can place multiple feeds on the same page or across your site.
The free version can display up to 10 of the latest reviews for one business after email verification, without an API key. An API key enables ongoing updates, which can execute daily. Paid editions support up to 50 initial reviews from Google and Yelp, plus weekly automatic updates from multiple sources without an API key.
How the paid editions expand source choices
Reviews Feed Pro, Reviews Feed Plus, and Reviews Feed Elite add review sources and feed controls. Plus includes Trustpilot and Facebook reviews, along with WooCommerce product reviews that you can select by product, category, or tag. Elite also adds TripAdvisor and reviews from the WordPress plugin directory.
Paid capabilities include filters for star ratings, keywords, or phrases; visual moderation to select which reviews appear; custom collections of selected reviews; and manual review entries. You can also block reviews from specific users or highlight a Google or Yelp review.
Control the feed layout and details
Adjust the feed width and height, review count, columns, text size, background color, and spacing. Choose a preconfigured template or carousel. Feeds are responsive across screen sizes and container widths, and users can expand review text to read it in full.
- Show reviewer names, dates, star ratings, and avatars.
- Sort reviews chronologically or in reverse chronological order.
- Open Yelp review images in a large popup lightbox.
- Add a customizable header with the overall Google or Yelp listing rating and a button inviting visitors to leave a review.
Set language and collect submissions
Choose a supported language for Google reviews or show them without translation. The paid WPML integration can show translated Google reviews in the selected site language. You can also collect and display reviews submitted through WPForms or Formidable Forms.
Create and place a feed
Install and activate the add-on, then open Reviews Feed in the WordPress dashboard. Create a feed, add a Google or Yelp source, and select the business listing. Choose a template, adjust the feed in the preview, and save it. Place the feed with a shortcode such as [reviews-feed feed=1], the WordPress block, or the Elementor widget. Create additional feeds when you want different sources, businesses, or review collections to have their own presentation.
